Book report forms may be found in your end of the year report card packages. Extra copies of these may be picked up in the school office.

K5: Students are required to have ten of the books listed read to them.
1st Grade: Students must read ten of the books listed and complete the book report form.
2nd Grade: Students are required to read six books by different authors. Students must complete the book report form in their own handwriting.
3rd Grade: Students are required to read three of the books listed and complete the book report form.
4th Grade: Students are required to read, pass the accelerated reader test, and complete a book report form on Helen Keller: Tragedy to Triumph. Students are required to read one additional book from the list.
5th Grade: Students are required to read, report on, and test on two of the books from the list.
6th Grade: Students are required to read, report on, and test on two of the books from the list.
7th - 12th Grade: Students must read two books (if only one is required, the other may be chosen from the list), write reports following the guidelines, and take the tests during the summer or on the first day of school.
